Working closely with an interaction designer, responsible for the flow of information on the screen, I led the design of the physical unit from start to finish. The process required proficiency in all aspects of product design- understanding client expectations, electro/mechanical design, plastic part design, managing modelshop resources, and integration. A week before the launch IPC was presented with five beautiful, working prototype units.
