The award winning Logitech Keycase is a portable keyboard and carrying case for a complete family of Palm products. The key to its flexibility is a technology developed by ElekTex. It utilizes a "smart fabric" capable of sensing touch to input data into the handheld.

Responsible for the complete development of the dock and capture assembly, I avoided various patent issues and created a solution that can be used with only one hand. A series of sketches and rough prototypes I created in the model shop proved the original concepts viability. I modeled the complete database in Pro Engineer and followed the design through production parts.
